Cancellation Policy

Due to Covid-19 we have noticed an increase in cancellations. We can only take a limited amount of bookings and we are often turning away potential clients due to full capacity. When clients come home early, cancel reservations, or change reservations without adequate notice, it is frequently too late for us to fill the space that we reserved for them because the clients that we turned away have already made other arrangements. This causes us to lose a tremendous amount of income.

 

1. Bookings

  • All bookings require a 25% booking fee to secure your booking. Once we have received your payment, we will confirm your booking via Time To Pet

  • This booking fee is non refundable or transferable and will come off your total on final payment.

  • Remaining payment is required 10 days prior to your booking

 

2. Cancellations

 

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel or reschedule your booking.

  • Cancellation of a booking at anytime will forfeit your booking fee

  • Cancellation of a booking within 7 days of your booking will be non refundable or transferable

3. No-Shows

It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact Kare with notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • We reserve the right to charge the FULL fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.

Arrangement for payment in these circumstances need to be paid before future bookings can be made.

4. December & January Bookings

 

  • 50% booking fee required to secure your booking

  • Final Payment is due 4 weeks prior to booking

  • Cancellations made at anytime forfeit booking fee

  • Cancellations within 4 weeks are non refundable or transferable
